Norinco TT-Olympia .22 Junk or Quality???

I saw one of these at a local gun show this weekend for $200. It looked like a well made pistol but I couldn't find anyone that had used one of them. Are they imported junk or a quality pistol that is not very well known? Are they worth the money?

  Had one years ago, It's a excellent quality, Chinese copy of a pre W W II German Target Pistol ( Walther Olympia). Navy Arms imported them in the 90's, prior to Slick Willie's ban on the importation of Chinese firearms.
  If it has the accessories that came with the original pistol, ( extra magazine & barrel weight ), and is in excellent condition, $200 would be a fair price.
