Remington Model 32 12 ga.
I've been offered one on trade. It has a "poorly" repaired butt stock. It has a figure of a dog engraved on it(side and bottom) and has a rib on the barrel. I'd rate it fair to good condition. Though I have no use for a multiple launch BB gun, what's it worth (bottom dollar)? Thanks

The best O/U Remington ever made. Only 5100 produced from 1932 to 1944. Design and tooling sold to Krieghoff where it became the K32 for many times the price Remington was getting. Worth about $1500 with a good stock. 0 -
hate to disagree with a fellow enthusiast, but the remington 32 was plaqued with problems. thus, as a post war token of love to the german / europe rebuilding program, remington gave away the 32 to kreigoff. the kreigoff 32 was then perfected. the 32 has a history of barrel seperation, loose ribs, doubling triggers, cracked receivers, and cracking wood. it was an expensive gun to build and they picked a real bad time to create it...during the depression. granted, there are some nice guns out there, just look at the angelo bee skeet on gunbroker.com.. its selling for 40,000.00! but in my opinion, i'd rather have a 3200 or a kreigoff. your 32 in mint condition and in skeet or trap, may fetch a nice dollar, otherwise 800 or 1000 is tops.

After reading the last post maybe I will just keep my model 32 in the gun safe as a nice collector gun. I have shot my 3200 skeet quite a bit and have hade to replace the forearm wood and a piece of the iron. Comparing the two the 3200 is really heavy which is just fine for skeet or trap but not a gun you want to carry all day. 0 -
its a shame remington has had problems with everything except the 1100. even the 3200 has problems...and thats even after being computer designed too. 32's are those kind of guns you pull out and say....those were the days, shoot it a little, and put it back. im sure owners who shoot them in competition would care to disagree, but most of their owners are as old as the gun and wouldnt part with them if you offered them the world. and too, they can probably afford to fix them all the time as well. just stick your head in a gunsmiths trailer at a competition and tell me what you see in there most of the time! case closed. 0 -
I've enjoyed this topic as I have my gandpa's Model 32. It's a 3 digit serial number having double triggers (first year only, single triggers from then on.....that's what I've been told) and both barrels are choked full (so much for hunting doves with it). If I get my sage grouse permits for this coming season this will be the first hunting trip the Model 32 has been on in nearly 40 years.

wow, a double trigger three digit. thats nice. limit your shooting of it! it sounds like it has more value for the memories than the design! under normal conditions, i'd say just about anything will last. abuse it, and the flaws will start coming to the surface. follow my logic? i mean....i know people who still drive amc matadors! 0
