on the right side it has markings that say desert storm 15 of january 1991-11 april 1991 sn# DS oo6779 also came with two 16 rd clips instructions for operations whats it worth?

  First off, welcome to the GB Forum...
  Second, I can't find your exact pistol in any of my books, but it sounds a lot like this:
  M9 Special Edition, patterned after the U.S. Armed forces M9 has one 15 shot magazine, dot and post sight system, M9 military packaging including Army operator's manual, Bianchi M12 holster, mag pouch, and web pistol belt.
  However, it shows production dates as '98-'00.
