Is old Vihtavouri still good?

I bought a 2 pound can of Vihtavouri N110 today. It was the only can of N110 the guy had in the store.
When I got home and got to looking at the plastic can, it looks like it was made in 1995. Would N110 made in 1995 still be good?
I broke the seal and looked at the powder, it looks fine.

  If you broke the seal,..it's as good as a can made last week.
  
  why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....

  As long as powder doesn't spell rotten or show rusty material, it is good. I've used powder far older than that with no problems.

  Have even blown the rust out of old powder, and it still would go, "bang". Might not be the best policy, but powder had a good color, so loaded a few, went to the range, and all OK. I guess, "pay your money and take the chance."
