Winchester Model 53 and 65

Could someone please tell me the years these Models were produced and what action they were based on. Thanks.

  Hey Pete- These were based on the M.92.
  
  The 53 was produced from the early 20's to the early 30's, and the 65 from the early 30's to late 40's. Don't remember the exact dates. I'm sure someone will come along so I don't have to try and look it up[G]-Bob
