Mossberg .22 LR: Mdl 152K..need info, pls.
I'm looking at a Mossberg 152K (clip-fed .22LR only)that has:1)a folding forearm, 2)a long (12-14")tubular scope, 3)sling that looks original. The whole rifle looks 'straight'; it's a beauty. O/A cond is 98% and seller wants $140. american. I'm wondering if this is all original and is price good or no? Help appreciated mucho!

Going by this,the scope is not original,
therefore,IMHO,$145 sounds a little steep.
Depends on whether it's for resale,or you just want it.

If the scope is a Weaver B-4 or B-6, it is worth $15-$25 by itself. If it is a Mossberg, it is worth at least $50!
The basic rifle as you describe would be worth about$150 -$175 in the condition you describe, BUT deduct $30 if magazine is missing, deduct $30 if rear peep is missing, deduct $25 if front sight is missing, deduct $35 if sling swivels are missing Add $30 if the sling is Mossberg. The Mossy sling is similar to a Garand sling, much lighter in weight and color and is 1".
