Springfield 1903 National Match Rifle

Just curious....How much of a premium would a National Match 03 have over a nice Springfield 03 or Remington 03A3? Seems like a lot of interest in these rifles lately and the prices seem to be climbing. Beach

  A great deal of difference. Of course, it needs to be complete, correct, & unaltered, and documentation goes a long way. There are many variations of the NM rifle, depending upon which year it was made. There was a comprehensive article about the NM rifles in the American Rifleman a couple of months ago.

  Surf over to www.jouster.com and thence into the Springfield forum. A real NM 1903 brings big time money. A regular '03 or '03A3 can be had from the CMP for very reasonable money.
