I've been thinking again!
Would it be feasible, and of course safe, to re-chamber a 92 .25-20 Winchester barrel to .25-35 Winchester 94. I am very much in need of a .25-35 carbine barrel and can't seem to find one at any price. If I knew who would make a new barrel, I'd buy one. In the long run, it would probably be cheaper.
Thank you,

Taperloc,
I think you will find it won't work, the action will not take the longer cartridge.
Keep looking, the gun you seek is out there.

My mistake, I misread the question. maybe it would work.
Sorry for the mistake.

You might try www.montanarifleman.com as they list that caliber in the custom barrels they can manufacture in octagon, half octagon, ect.
Prices seemed reasonable, but more machining, more bucks.0 -

A couple of weeks ago, another site had a 94 25 gun for sale about $395. I bring this up because they seem to have a bunch odf Wins at not too bad prices. Seller address below. You might check to see if they have something. Could another model win barrel fit the 94?
