BURRIS MINI SERIES

Hello
Does anyone have any experince with the Burris mini series line of scopes? I want a short compact scope for a winchester lever mdl 255 in 22 magnum. Open to all suggestions. Thankyou Beltfed

  I have a Burris compact 6X on an old 30-06, it is a good, solid sight that has plenty of eye relief. It is quick to get on target, but it lacks at dusk for light.

  Hard to beat Burris for a US made scope. They are right up there with Leupold, but not quite the equal of some of the European scopes. If you go with 4x you will get better light transmission in low light situations and at the edges of the day.

  I don't have the mini series, but I have a Burris mounted on my SuperRedHawk and it's been tough for two years.
