Stevens 311 H series I
Hello,
I just purchased a Stevens 311 H series I for $100.00, it's in good shape. Shiny bore, two or three light rust spots on top of barrels, they'll clean up. The serial number begins with B. Any idea what this is worth?
Also, the stock could use refinishing, no cracks or repairs. Is it better to leave it original or go ahead and refinish?
Thanks for the help.

A strictly utility gun. It's entirely up to you as to what you want to do. The price was right.

You didn't mention guage which is important. 12ga - $200, 20ga - $250
.410 - $300. You have a good solid gun. I'd go ahead and refinish the stock, but don't cut it and or add a recoil pad unless your arms are super short. It's a good value at twice what you paid.0 -
Thanks for the advice!
