What did you determine to be the cause of the hard extraction in your S&W?

  Haven't yet. First course of action will be to gather a variety of .38 Spl and .357 mag. loads and work through each chamber individually. If that doesn't give me an answer, I've contacted S&W and have a shipping # to use if I need to send the revolver back. Thanks for your interest. I'll let you know how I make out.
