Spring Creek, Once registered you can remove the High Power from SBR classification at any time by simply notifying the BATFE of the change in status. You will not get your $200 NFA Tax refunded, but any future purchaser won't even have to be aware of the pistols previous status as a SBR. The silencer is of course a seperate NFA item and would have to basically be destroyed or rendered permanently inoperative to ever remove it from the NFA registry. Get your ATF Form 1 ready to go and send it off the the BATFE and once it is approved you and your T-series are all set. I HOPE that you are planning on purchasing a seperate 9mm HP barrel and are NOT (PLEASE!!!) going to thread the original barrel!

    Mark,
As always, you're there when I need you. Your reply is similar to what I'd been told.
But, coming from you I now know it's correct.
So you can breath easy, yes-I will not "touch" the original barrel.
Will go with extended and threaded to 1/2 x 28tpi.
    Thanks much!
