are there any experts here, marlin 22 info please!

There is a Marlin 60 the pic below is a mod 22 it looks identical to what i am looking for except it has a coin in the stock of a father and son the coin is like a bronze color, i think this is a commemorative edition gun,My nephew's b- day is in august and i need to locate one of these guns before then.
