what is the significance of t47-285 engraved on the spring loading mechanism located on the butt plate.also the gun reads made in belguim on the barrel. is this true or is it outsourcing. what is gun value?

  That is the serial #,but it does not sound complete.

  If it says Belgium,then Belgium it is.
