37mm m203 flare launchers

Does anyone have any experience with these? It would look kinda neat on my display rifle and could be fun to play with.

Also, does anyone know where to get smoke rounds to fit these? Ive found flares but im not sure where to get smoke bombs and which sizes will fit in them. Thanks
