Silhouette rifle barrel

Will someone please help me to determine where you can find the company that manufactures the barrel that is heavier at the muzzle end. It looks like it has a bulge in the barrel 6" from the end of the barrel , that's the best way I can describe it thanks

  Shilen makes a barrel contored like what you describe and you might try Hart or Douglas both will likely be able to make what you want
