Adjusting Glock 17 Sights

    It's unusual for a glock to shoot high, most complaints are a low to the left for right handers.

    Also insure that you are using the glock sights correctly, meaning that the top surface of the front sight is level with the top surface of the rear sight with the front sight centered in the notch.

    Another thought for sighting in your pistol with fixed elevation sights is to try different bullet weights and possibly different manufacturers.

    As far as the barrel being inclined slightly upward when the slide is pulled back, This is normal.
