Remington 700 3 position safety w/ claw extractor

Anybody know who is putting together Remington Model 700's with Winchester type 3 position safety, mounted on the left side of the action is a bolt release and a Mauser/Winchester claw extractor?

  i may be wrong but the extractor is likely a sako and the rest are aftermarket drop in parts. only the extractor would be extensive work for most gunsmiths.

  Extractor on this rifle is not Sako type. Looks like a Mauser/Winchester type with the rotating collar. Someone did a lot of work.

  Sako extractors are easy,....mine was nicely installed in my 700 bolt for the high bolt thrust of the 300RUM.
  
  As far as a controlled feed installed in a 700 action,........why?
  
  If that is what you want,..buy a classic style model 70 winchester and save a lot of money.
  
  why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
