Back in the late 60s I bought a single shot 22 that was either a Stephens or Savage (I think). It had a manlicker stock, single shot with a really lousey ejector (stamped steel) which broke the first time I shot the gun. Well time heals all and I really want to buy another one but don't remember the model number. Ring any bells? Someone out there know the model number?

You are referring to the model 63 Savage.

Better luck with the next one.
