Looks like model 27 but NOT stamped as such anywheres.....SN= S 1385xx found inside lug, rear of cyl. and bottom of backstrap. 4 screws on right side and 1 on front of trigger guard. Large stocks w/'diamond' screw hole. 80% O/A cond. Yr made and retail value GREATLY appreciated. Thank you kindly..............

  It's a pre mod 27 made in 1955.Should be worth between $400.00 & $500.00.

  I find that prices are also 'regional' to some degree anyways; 1955, huh....Ilike it. Thanks for all of the insight, gents; good company.

  Saxon,if a 70% is worth $350.00 A 80% would be worth $400.00 that's what I said in my first post.
