RBCD claims 90 gr .45, 2300 fps, for

LEO, and military. I don't know if they actually achieve such velocities, but they have pics of their .45 "Tactical" load having gone thru a mannekin and BOTH sides of concealable body armor. Read the Air Force test article about how it shoots thru normal armored glass, blows up big blocks of clay, etc.

According to ammo-tester DiMiao, the stuff that they sell to the public doesn't even match the 1900 fps claimed for it, much less the 2300 fps claimed for the "tactical" stuff. They probably DO water it down a lot, because the first cop whose vest is penetrated with it would mean the end of their business.
