METCO: I don't believe there's any written material around giving dates of Manufacture of FOREHAND ARMS COMPANY guns...Its possible I'm wrong in this assumption.....but I've never seen any publication's stating to the contrary...My database says and I quote;
FOREHAND ARMS COMPANY, Worcester, Massachusetts, Circa 1870s-1890s. Successors to Forehand and Wadsworth in 1890, Who in turn, were successors to Ethan Allen & Company in 1871. This company made a wide range of low and medium price shotguns under thier own and varius brand names....From the Patent Dates Your Gun was produced between 1888 and until possibly late 1890's....?..Hope this information is of some small help in youir search........Best.....
