is this handgun any good, the price is $115 is it worth it or what.

  Not enough information to work with...? Who made it..? My database shows two different Makers...One in Spain and One in Massachusetts...>
  The one in Spain....Phoenix, was an Automatic, in .22 caliber L.R.R.F. and One in 6.35..made in the 1920's...Worth in GOOD CONDITION and Complete with magazine..$175.00......and the PHOENIX ARMS CO., Lowell Arms Company, Lowell., Mass. Circa 1920's is shown as making a .25 ACP, clip fed Automatic Pistol...In GOOD CONDITION.....$525.00...with clip...Hope You have one of these that I just discribed.....

  with the ($40) optional 5" barrel, cut to 4", and threaded for the appropriate accessory, it makes a decent cache gun, considering the price. Loctite its "adjustable" rear sight, tho.

  The Phoenix HP-22 is a pretty good gun for the price, there is an Optional Barrel and extra mag, (which should run about $28.00 -$32.00. This Semi-Auto 22 is dependable and accurate, but has too many bells and whistles, 3 safetys, ugh, but that doesn't mean you have to use all three (esp. the on up on the slide), $115.00 is a reasonable price esp. if it is nickle. Buy it. [;)]

  i would give the pistol and the company a thumbs up.
  i had an older pheonix with a missing safety. they said
  send the gun back for repair. i did that. i got a brand new
  pistol back at no charge, plus an extra mag and a gun lock.
  it is reliable, accurate enough, and small enough to
  have it when you need it.

  Current wholesale dealer cost is $99.95. They used to be $79.00 a year or two ago. Why the price increase to dealers? Simple, it is the BEST die cast pistol on the market today. Owners know this and sales reflect this, that is why they now cost dealers $99.95. These pistols cannot be catagorized with the Jennings, Davis, Lorcin and Ravens which all happen to be die cast crap. If the pistol is new $125.00 is a fair price, did anybody tell you about there lifetime guarantee?
