Winchester Model 1917 Malfunction.....

I know this has probably happened to others...Sometimes, when I close the bolt of my Winchester Model 1917 it fires. [V] This doesn't happen every time. Maybe once every dozen times. Anyway, it's an embarrassing and dangerous thing and I need to fix it. What would be the probable cause for this accidental discharge? Trigger? Sear? Or both? Something else? Any help would be appreciated.

  These cock on closing, so its got to be a weak/wore out sear and/or trigger, like you figgured.
