    Hello All,

I would like to know if I can lessen the trigger pull. If so, how would I go about doing it?
Is there another trigger group I could buy, etc.

    Thanks!

The first "plastic" pistol I ever bought.
Bought one a couple months ago because:
With the way the barrel is designed, with the threaded end.
It was easy for GemTech to make an adapter to 1/2 x 28tpi.
So, in turn it makes it easy to "screw on" there little Outback model suppressor.
Since I went through the "Registration" process to acquire one, I thought this would be another "cute" 22 to have available for the suppressor.
I'm "fairly" happy with it, because I bought it more for a conversation piece than a real shooter.
For a boy's first 22 pistol, I would NEVER consider it though.
Just not the quality for the money, that I'd want my son to start with.
For the money, I'd get a Browning Buck Mark or even a Ruger.
He'll have a better, more accurate pistol and one that will last him for years.
I question the durability of the P22 and have heard some stories of problems very early on.
Not even a consideration, in my estimation.

I like my Walther P22 and never had the problems that some others have experienced.
I liked it for the versatility, I was able to mount an inexpensive lazer sight and have both the 3.5 and 5 inch barrels.
I have not experienced any jambs with it yet, I also own a S&W 22A and model 41 both diffrent guns because of the size are more suited for target practice.
It's a cute "toy" not as accurate as the Ruger or S&W but a good fun lightweight plinker.
We have the MKII Rugers at the range for rentals and they are almost indestructable.
I like the P22 and think you would too.
