HK USP Tactical Help needed

Anyone here have knowledge on installing the ambidextrous safety on this pistol? If so, care to share? Thanks for looking.

  There's a web site, HKPRO, that might have info on doing that. Try a search there. It's not that difficult--any competent gunsmith can do it if you get stuck.

  No gunsmith needed. Just take a good look at the present safety to see how it is situated. Then remove it and install the ambi kit in its place. When I did mine, the back side of the levers tended to rub on the frame so I ground a bit off the back of each lever. It took about a minute to remove and install the safety kit, but I spent much longer taking a little at a time off the back of both levers so when pushed upon, they would not flex enough to rub on and mark the frame.
