German .32 pistol unknown

Could anyone tell me what the make of this gun is and what it might be worth? .32 cali with german acceptance stamp, ssu logo, iron bird with n under it, iron bird with swastica and letter f next to it. also has original holster with markings saying

  It is a Sauer 38H made by J. P. Sauer & Sohn in Suhl, Germany from 1939-1945. Contemporary of Walther PP and the Mauser double action .32 (I don't remember name of it)

  You have a late production ( no manual safety ), Sauer 38H, with "police markings".
  If indeed it's in "MINT", FACTORY ORIGINAL CONDITION, it's worth some very big bucks.
  Needless to say, the holster isn't original to the pistol, ( W W I retread ).
  Since these so called police pistols are worth so much money, there is a great tendency for the fakers to get standard military issue 38H's and rework/refinish them to police issue pistols. Hopefully this hasn't happened to yours.
