If I remember correctly the H&K Model 4 is obviously from the older lines of H&K pistols chambered for the .380, it looks very similar to a Sig Sauer P-230 .380

Check the firing pin VERY closely. It has a reputation for being FRAGILE because it's reversible to enable it to be used for both centerfire and rimfire cartridges. Because of the intricate machineing required, it's breaks easily if the pistol is dry fired.
    My 2 cents!

Here's a couple of links on the HK4:

I have not found any HK4 for less than $400.00! The .380's have been pushing prices of $600-$700+. I have watched the full commemorative set sell for as much as $1500!

I even gave up looking for a reasonably priced HK4 in a .22!

You can never have too many guns!!!

I had one back in the middle 80s. They are a slick, convertable caliber pocket pistol. Mine was .22lr and .380. It was a very well made pistol, that worked great. Some also came with a .32acp Bbl. I now tote a SIG 230, and they are very similar, the SIG being a little better finished. Not many around now, if you can use it, grab it, good pistol.
