Centaur shotgun

I have a 10 ga. double barrel shotgun marked "Centaur" made in Belgium. It seems well made but I can find nothing about it in any of the books og gun values. Does nayone know anything about this gun?

  The answer is yes... and no.
  
  Since you fail do describe the gun in any detail, I'll guess the following -
  
  Hammered, damascus tubes, ELG proof (sometimes with a crown).
  
  Assuming I'm pretty near the mark you have one of countless inexpensive doubles that were imported into the US about 100 years ago. They sold for about $10.00 then and have failed to keep pace with inflation over those years as far as value.
  
  Unless in pristine condition these pieces seldom hit the $200.00 mark. Most times not even that!

  I suspect Nord is correct, and if this is a damascus barreled shotgun, it should not be shot without a thorough inspection by a gunsmith competent with damascus barrels, and then only with blackpowder shells, never modern smokeless loads.
