    The answer is yes... and no.

    Since you fail do describe the gun in any detail, I'll guess the following -

    Hammered, damascus tubes, ELG proof (sometimes with a crown).

    Assuming I'm pretty near the mark you have one of countless inexpensive doubles that were imported into the US about 100 years ago. They sold for about $10.00 then and have failed to keep pace with inflation over those years as far as value.

    Unless in pristine condition these pieces seldom hit the $200.00 mark. Most times not even that!

    I suspect Nord is correct, and if this is a damascus barreled shotgun, it should not be shot without a thorough inspection by a gunsmith competent with damascus barrels, and then only with blackpowder shells, never modern smokeless loads.
