Ship to Canada

I have a 5rd sks mag with 15 stripper clips fs on gunbroker.Can I ship this item to Canada?I dont have a FFL.

  I had an auction for Glock firing pin, it was clearly marked ship to Lower 48. Received a bid and sale from person in Canada. I'm not opposed to sale or shipping to Canada, but I'm not at all familiar with laws that may govern or restrict such a transaction. I'm in Texas.
  
  Do "ask the experts" know if this sale and shipping would be legal?
  
  I appreciate any advice you can provide. ~Bill

  You dont need an FFL , no problem to ship , but dont use UPS , use USPS.
