You don't see these often. This is from the auction of my old boss's (God rest his soul) firearms collection from 1993: "Very fine 1902 .30 Luger Carbine. 97% original blue, both front and rear grip straps are excellent. Straw on trigger gaurd, takedown, and safety near perfect (98+%) and all parts matching #24157 (close to your pistol Ballistic). Superb bore, crisp grips and fore end excellent with just a few light dings. Sling swivel intact. A really great 1902 Carbine that has been unrestored and complete with an original 1902 Carbine stock, the lug is not matching". [my boss had to grind off the original lug to make the stock legal way back when. Some years ago these stocked Lugers were removed from the NFA and he then added a replacement lug to the stock]. This pistol sold for $5250 plus a 10% buyer premium to the aution house ($5775 total plus sales tax if sold to a non dealer). This would be a bargan beyond compare at todays prices.
