Need some help w/pricing for these particular guns. the description that i was given is A.Hoyer 6.5-300 custom target rifle w/Unertl scope and Harris bi-pod. what's it worth and who makes it????

Also Ruger #1 6.5-55 w/McGowen Barrel and peep sight. is this a custom barrel or has it been altered??? what's it worth????
