H&R .35 Whelen

Gentlemen,
I have an H&R, single shot, .35 Whelen. It is a "Rocky Mountain Elk Federation Commenorative". I cannot find this gun listed anywhere. Can anyone out there tell me something about it's possble worth or when or how many were made? It is used with some very minor dings and dents in the stock. Any info. would be appreciated.
