Age of Winchester 70

Hello,I have a Winchester model 70,22.250..the last 4 are 3279 in the serial # and has a jeweled bold with matching ser. # there is a oval with R W in it (the r is over the w )It has a walnut stock,with a bark end...similar to the REm.BDL........Has never been shot,and is in 99%.......can you tell me what year it was made,and a guess on what it might be worth ?   I will be happy to look up the date of mfg of your rifle but I will need the first digits of the serial number, not the last four. Use a couple of letters in place of the last two digits if you want to.
