FN nato ammo question help

I have some .308 ammo and would appreciate any information you can provide about it. The headstamps are as follows: "FN" "75" and there is a nato cross. The bullet has two cannalures and is red or orange tipped-hard to tell the color for sure as most of it is worn off.
