New Jersesy ammo laws

    I just looked through Nappen's book on NJ gun laws and did not find anything on these bullets.

    NJ only has restrictions on hollow points, (they also call them dum dums), armor piercing HANDGUN cartridges and the discharge (not possession) of tracer/incendiary bullets.

    Don't know about Federal laws though.

    If you are referring to the Black Talon handgun loads, you are SOL - these are HP and prohibited in that portion of Occupied Territory. If you are interested in an effective personal defense load which will avoid that restriction, check out:
