Tactical Scope III

I'm having trouble deciding on a scope for my M4. I believe I have it narrowed down to 4 (3 really 'cause I don't think one-uv-em' is available yet), but I have no experience with anything other than an ATN [xx(]. I want a scope mainly for CQB; but can shoot 1-2 MOA at 100yds. It must function at night (with a flashlight). I compared Aimpoint, C-more, Cobra, ATN, Burris, Leupold, Bushnell and Trijicon. I came up with the Bushnell/Eotech Holosight, the Leupold Mark 4 CQ/T and the Trijicon TRTX30 (Triple - the one which I don't think is available yet) or the Trijicon Reflex II. I can't say I like everything about any of them . Your experiences with any of them are greatly appreciated.
