OLD SAVAGE RIFLE !!!!!!!!!!!

A friend of mine asked me to glass bed a rifle for him, It's a 110L in 308 cal. I have never seen a Savage like this, It has a Great walnut stock with rose wood fore end and pistol grip cap, has a great adjustable triger and the bluing is great, the barell has a knot half way up the barell Like per 64 model 70 winchesters but no screw. Any body know what he has???????

  Sounds like the, 110PL, made from the mid to late 60's.
