Expect to pay $10-50; some dealers charge a percentage. There is no rule. Check the Gunbroker list of Transfer dealers to find one in your area; you can also get a list from the Gun List. I use a "vest pocket" FFL who makes a little money on the side doing favors for folks; all of the store-front dealers in my area refused to accept guns for me at any price. Phone or visit them to be sure that they are still in business, are willing to handle your transaction, and to determine their current fee. Be sure that you do this BEFORE you bid for any firearm; failure to complete a transaction because you couldn't find a local dealer is no excuse.

Gunbroker has no provision on their auction site for combining auctions. They will get paid by the seller based on the selling price of each item. However, there is nothing to prevent you from negotiating some deal with the seller before you bid, such as "If I win both of your items, will you pay the shipping charges?"
