ID Needed
Here are the facts:
-J.Pliers BTEstamped on left of frame
-Star over an X stamed on the right of the frame
-6 stamped on the "wheel release" )not sure what thats called
-"BRISTISH CONSTABULARY" stamped on top of frame
-Those are the only known stamps or identifying marks
