Winchester 61 Octagon bbl question

I have acquired a Winchester model 61 with octagon barrel serial number 25xxx. The caliber marking on the barrel reads ".22LONG R". I intend to sell this rifle and would like to know what the value might be. It is about 90% original condition with a perfect bore.
