Help with a 9200 Mossberg

I have a 9200 which my wife bought me a few years ago for an aniversary gift. Every once in a while maybe 25-30 rounds it will double feed and allow 2 shells past the shell stops. I have isolated the problem down to the second stop(the one with the button on it). How do you get the thing out? It is pinned in from the bottom with no access to the top of the pin. Any thoughts? Questions to Mossberg on this gun have fallen on deaf ears since day one.
