Help me identify this mark.
This mark is on the bottom of the barrel where it meets the frame, right above the serial number, of an 1861 Navy Colt repro' from EOA. (36 cal. 5 shot) I have been having trouble finding parts that fit, even when contacting Euroarms of America. I thought this might be a manufacturers/sellers mark, if it was I might be able to go to the seller and get parts. This firearm is at least 24 years old (I think) but in very good condition.

I will be in Friendship Ind. some time next week. The NMLRA spring national shoot is going on and I will stop at Dixie's booth in the sheep sheds to ask them if they used to mark their products with that symbol years ago. If I find out that they did I will get a name for you to contact at Dixie about the pistol. I still say it is a Dixie product from some time ago. They used to contract with several different makers for products annd mark them with their trade mark. I will let you know what I find out. 0
