Remington 1100 Competition
Has anyone compared the new Remington 1100 Competition with the Winchester SX2 model? I am considering doing some three gun competition and I have always favored Remington. Anyones thoughts.[?] Thanks Bshooter

BShooter--I haven't tried the Winchester and don't even know whether it's an autoloader but basic advice is to try them both and see which one fits you best. If you're talking about 12, 20 and.410 skeet events, I'd stick with the Remingtons. You can pretty much depend on the Rems. to feel about the same, gauge to gauge, except the 12 is heavier, of course. If the SX2 is an autoloader, can you get it in all three gauges? If not you'd have to mix and match to get the three gauges you'd need. Like you, I favor the Remingtons and have several.
Good luck,
