I have the chance to buy a Handi-Gun 410 ga this morning but am concerned about this type of firearm. Anybody have the real facts about onership of such a piece? Thanks to all.

  If it is propertly registered and not illegal in your state, you can legally buy it by doing the required paperwork and paying the transfer tax. If it is not properly registered, it is illegal and you should not buy it.
