Your rifle is from Belgium not Argentina.
" MANUFACTURE D'ARMES DE L'ETAT " is the marking on the orginial Belgian Mausers made in the national armory in Liege, among others.. The Belgians were the first European Country to adopt and manufacture the Mauser, dating from 1891.
Both Belgium and Argentina did use the same military rifle cartridge, ( 7.65 x 53mm Mauser ).0 -
