Does anyone know if smith&wesson 4506 mags will work in the smith 645? Thankyou

  Yes, they will, but will add a bit of length to the butt.

  Be careful not to jam it in too hard. I produced a hard jam that way when I was qualifying for CCW. As the magazine protrudes quite a bit, it is easy to do.
