Help- I need Ruger MK! A54 parts!
Howdy Capt. Kirk- hope you are well. I picked up a great little bull barrel Ruger MK1 A54 modified for bullseye competition. Unfortunately, it has no grips and the mag has seen better days. Any clue on finding parts? Ive posted on the forums here, tried gun parts and the like, and have been searching our local gun shows for 2 years. i love to shoot the darn thing- its the most accurate pistol Ive ever owned, but grips would be nice! Also, all the work done to the pistol was supposedly done by Jim Clark SR, although there are no apparent marking to confirm that (the work is exceptional though). Any idea on a way to confirm it was he who did the work? I called the Clark shop and was told that most of the records were destroyed in a fire years ago. Thanks much for your help. God Bless you and yours. -Chad
