Butlet Creek Folder for Mini 14

I just got my new folding stock for my Mini 14 and there was no instructions included. My basic question is the side screws from my wood stock threads into the wood, the Butler Creek isnt threaded. What do these screw into? when I remove the barrel assembley is there suppose to be a metal plate between the bolt/barrell assembly and the wood?

  RonO, if you put that folder on, 5 O will say "book'um Dan O".
  Remember you're putting a folding stock and a pistol grip on a rifle that is not allready configured this way! Is this on a preban previously configured with these items or are you converting a post-ban in to an "evil assult weapon". Be sure you know the law before you accidently commit a felony and lost all your firearms![}:)]
