Valmet in .308 Ineed to know what is the best scope for the rifle it has 2 sets of scope rings, I am also woundering if there are any sources for cheap .308 ammo. This rifle is new to me and I need as much info as I can get it has wood stocks. Thank you

I dont know a whole lot about the rifle, but for .308 ammo buy a copy of Shotgun News.
There are numerous vendors in SN that sell surplus .308. You can get a 1000 rd case as cheap as $145.00.0
